UK School Agreement (Draft)

Welcome to UK School (hereinafter referred to as "US").

Please read the following terms carefully, and if you disagree with any of the terms of this Agreement, you may choose not to enter US. When you successfully register, whether you enter the US, or post any content on the US (i.e., "Content"), it means that you (i.e., the "User") fully accept all the terms of this Agreement.

1.After the user is successfully registered, US will give each user a user account and corresponding password, which shall be kept by the user. The user shall be legally responsible for all activities and events carried out under his or her user account.

2.The user shall be fully responsible for the authenticity, legitimacy and validity of the registration information in US, and the user shall not impersonate others; Do not post any information in the name of others; Do not maliciously use the registered account to cause other users to misidentify them; Otherwise, US has the right to immediately stop providing services, withdraw its account and assume all legal liabilities arising therefrom.

3.The user's direct or indirect use of US services and data through various means (such as RSS feeds and off-site White Label references, etc.) will be deemed to have unconditionally accepted all the contents of this agreement; If the user disagrees with any of the terms of this agreement, please stop using all the services provided by US.

4.US is a platform for information sharing, dissemination and acquisition, the information published by users through US is public information, and other third parties can obtain the information published by users through US, and the user recognizes the information as public information for the publication of any information, and bears legal responsibility for this behavior alone; Any information that the user does not want to be made available to other third parties should not be published on the US.

5.The user undertakes not to use US in any way to directly or indirectly engage in acts that violate Chinese laws and social morality, and US has the right to delete the content that violates the above commitments.

6.Users shall not use the US Service to make, upload, copy, publish, transmit or reproduce the following contents:

（一）opposing the basic principles set forth in the Constitution;

（二）endangering national security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;

（三）harming the honor and interests of the state;

（四）inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;

（五）undermining national religious policies, advocating cults and feudal superstitions;

（六）spreading rumors, disrupting social order, or undermining social stability;

（七）Disseminating obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or instigating crimes;

（八）insulting or slandering others, infringing upon the lawful rights and interests of others;

（九）Information containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

（十）The user agrees to abide by the US Content and Terms of Use.

7.US has the right to review and supervise the user's use of US, and if the user violates any of the above provisions while using US, US or its authorized person has the right to require the user to correct or directly take all necessary measures (including but not limited to changing or deleting the content posted by the user, suspending or terminating the user's right to use US) to mitigate the impact of the user's misconduct.

8. With the prior authorization and consent of the user, in order to better provide information services, the school can obtain the user's email, telephone and other contact information through US, and may contact the user directly.

intellectual property

1.US is a platform for information acquisition, sharing and dissemination, and the logos, layouts, layouts, texts, pictures, graphics, etc. contained in the network services provided by US are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws, and the above content shall not be directly or indirectly published, used, rewritten or redistributed for the purpose of publication or use on any platform without the consent of the relevant right holders (including US and other original right holders), or used for any other commercial purposes.

2.In order to promote the sharing and dissemination of knowledge, users grant us a free, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use all the content published on US, and US has the right to use the content on various forms of US products and services, including but not limited to websites, published applications or other Internet products.

3.If a third party reprints the content published by the user on the US outside the US for non-commercial purposes, it shall give the original link in a prominent position at the beginning of the body of the work, indicating "published in UK School", and shall not modify the work. If it is necessary to modify the work or use it for commercial purposes, the third party shall contact the user to obtain separate authorization to use the content in the manner specified by the user.

4.The user shall guarantee that the content uploaded or published on US is the copyright owner or has obtained legal authorization, and the content will not infringe the legitimate rights and interests of any third party. If a third party raises an objection to copyright, US has the right to delete the relevant content according to the actual situation, and has the right to pursue the user's legal responsibility, and the user shall be responsible for full compensation for any loss caused to us or any third party.

5.If any third party infringes the rights of a US user, the user agrees to authorize us or its designated agent to file warnings, complaints, initiate administrative enforcement, litigation, appeal, or negotiate settlements on behalf of the US or the user against the third party, and the user agrees to participate in joint rights protection as US deems necessary.

6.US has the right, but not the obligation, to review the content posted by users, and has the right to deal with infringing information based on relevant evidence in combination with laws and regulations such as the Tort Liability Law, the Regulations on the Protection of the Right to Information Network Transmission, and the guidelines of the US community.

Privacy Policy

1.US will require users to provide relevant personal information and data when using some of the services provided by this website as internal verification data of the website, and this website will use the data provided by users to provide further service information to users.

2.US will not arbitrarily disclose, sell, rent or transfer users' personal data to any third party.

3.US collects information such as occupation, language, unique device identifiers, referring URLs, location, and the time zone in which users use US products so that we can better understand customer behavior and improve products, services, and advertising.

4.Like most Internet services, US automatically collects certain information and stores it in log files. 6.In accordance with applicable laws, regulations or the requirements of any competent court, arbitration institution or other government departments or legal procedures, US may disclose and provide the user's personal data to relevant units, but the disclosure and provision of such data is limited to the scope and object of the aforementioned requirements, and is protected in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Privacy Policy

1.User may be asked to provide personal information anytime they are using some certain services provided by US to be as the website internal audit data. Personal information is data that can be used to uniquely identify or contact a single person.

2.User's personal data are not disclosed , sold, leased or transferred to any third party by this site .

3.US may collect information such as occupation, language, unique device identifier, referrer URL, location, and the time zone where US product is used so that US can better understand customer behavior and improve products, services, and advertising.

Disclaimer

1.US cannot guarantee the correctness of any user's answers or school comments.

2.The content published by users on US only indicates their personal position and opinions, and does not represent the position or views of US. The user shall bear all civil or criminal legal liabilities directly or indirectly caused by his or her personal actions. US shall not be liable for any legal or joint liability.

3.If the service is suspended due to hardware failure or other force majeure, US will not be liable for any inconvenience and loss caused during the suspension of service.

3.US shall not be held liable for the loss caused by service suspension due to hardware malfunction or force majeure.

Agreement Modifications

1.According to the development of the Internet and changes in relevant laws, regulations and normative documents, or due to the needs of business development, US has the right to modify or change the terms of this agreement, once the content of this agreement changes, US will directly publish the modified content of the agreement on the US website, and the announcement shall be deemed that US has notified the user of the revised content. We may also send emails or private messages to notify users of changes to the terms of the Agreement, changes to the Services, or other important matters.

2.If you do not agree with the modifications made by US to the relevant terms of this Agreement, you have the right and should stop using US. If you continue to use US, you will be deemed to have accepted the modifications made by us to the relevant terms of this Agreement.
